It is this passionwhich has kept Balhousie Care Group
ahead of the game and on top of the industry, especially
over the past decade. Chairman and founder Tony Banks
has overseen the entire growth of his ‘baby’, but recalls
a difficult start to the adventure:

It was difficult because it was a new concept for the
public. We had to sell the concept.”

That’s exactlywhat he did though, and following a family
decision to move back to Scotland, Balhousie Care Group
was born.
“
It was quite exciting because I knew I could deliver
something different,” Banks reminisces.
“
It was a case of identifying something we could do
to a high standard, as a family, and make a difference.”
