HIGH STAFF RATIO
Having sufficient staff to provide this quality care is a
priority for the Lodge. Across the Lodge there are 280
Full time equivalents on the team. In some areas the
staff to resident ratio is higher than would be found in
other LTC Homes. This reflects the City of Hamilton’s
commitment and belief that their staff is the most
important contributor to resident well being and
satisfaction. Even though the staff ratio is higher than
in other homes that doesn’t stop the Leadership team
