have 75% of their members certified as passing an
assessment given after our quality seminar meet
the goal. We have implemented companion board
fiduciary responsibility certification program that
also relies on a 75% board member participation
and passing threshold to attain certification. Both of
these certification efforts have been well received by
our members’ board and trustee members who also
value the opportunity
to congregate and share
experiences with their
colleagues from around
the state.
